Membership Agreement
All Members including Free Trial

1. Service
   LoadMyTruck.Com has the right to refuse service, cancel service, or change service status to a member at any time without prior notice to the member.
   
   Rules

2. Members who are brokers will keep and maintain brokers bond and license as required by law.

3. Members who are Transporters will maintain insurance and cargo coverage required by law and sufficient to cover any and all claims arising out of and from transporting goods found for transport at LoadMyTruck.Com.

4. Members will not post messages or truck availability in cargo posting areas or in the "Forums".

5. No part of this website may be reposted anywhere else. Nor may it be copied without express consent of LoadMyTruck.Com. (Except for your Load List)

6. No profane language or offensive language may be posted in the "Member Posting Areas And/ Or Credit Reporting Areas". This is an area of the board that is password protected and allows members to "POST" messages of announcement or warning to other members about the payment or business practices of people who members have business experience with. Please remember that it IS POSSIBLE that the person you are talking about, may in fact be a member themselves.  Anything you say in this area should be true and easily backed up by documents. Keep it truthful and clean please!
   
   Member Credit Reporting Forums and Legal Disclaimer

7. The "Member Posting Areas And/ Or Credit Reporting Areas" are not controlled or monitored by LoadMyTruck.Com and as such are subject to untrue statements given by disgruntled members. LoadMyTruck.Com and the A.A.T.A. are not a credit reporting agency. Credit reports are made by members and for members only. The A.A.T.A., LoadMyTruck.Com, Vision Publishing, or their respective employees, owners, contractors, and/or assigns will not be held liable at any time, now or in the future, for libelous or fictitious statements made by members about anyone. In addition, LoadMyTruck.Com has no control over statements made by members about other members and will not play "Umpire" to settle a dispute. LoadMyTruck.Com will not investigate the validity of any claim made by a member in regards to either another member or an outside party. If someone does post something negative about your company in the Member Posting Area, you will have an opportunity to respond to that message simply by clicking on "Respond To" in the posting you are referencing.

8. Transporters AND Brokers will at all times, handle themselves with courtesy and professionalism towards customers derived from LoadMyTruck.Com.  We represent you with courtesy and we expect you to represent us with courtesy. All retail leads generated from our automated "Quote Request" page are forwarded to random members of the AATA. You agree to handle these leads with professionalism and true customer service. If you cannot handle a lead, please pass it on to someone who can and is licensed to broker loads.
   
   Damage Claims

9. In the event of a damage claim for cargo damage, LoadMyTruck.Com will not involve itself between the transporter and the customer.  Customer/Transporter disputes will be handles between Customer/Transporter.
   
   Payment Issues

10. If at any time your membership with LoadMyTruck.Com and the A.A.T.A. becomes in arrears or behind 15 days, your access will be terminated without notice.  It is your responsibility to pay your membership dues on time. All Membership Fees are on a pre-paid basis. We  offer a Two Week "Free Trial" period. The cost for membership in the A.A.T.A. and use of LoadMyTruck.Com is your choice! You have the following options. Two Week FREE TRIAL, $29.95 per month, $84.95 Quarterly, OR $299.95 for a one year membership.  Membership dues are prepaid and non-refundable for any reason. All membership dues must be sent by PayPal, U.S. Mail, or Express Courier to or office in Keystone Heights, Florida.  The Mailing Address is:                    A.A.T.A.     7000 Sapphire Lane Keystone Heights, Florida 32656  Memberships can be paid by  PayPal, Credit Card, Company Check, Money Order, or Cashiers Check.  We do not take personal checks for memberships.  If you are paying with a Non-Certified Check, we will require two weeks for the check to process before activation of your membership. PayPal Signups are processed as cash and are heavily encrypted for your security. It is not possible for anyone, even in this association, to see your Credit Card Information. PayPal is a division of eBay. This is by far the most secure way to pay on the internet.
    
    Security Issues

11. Members agree not to give their Username or Password to anyone outside their company or to aid, help, or encourage anyone to commit Network Identity Theft.  Usernames And Passwords are for your use only. Our Security Team Constantly monitors who comes and goes and from what IP Address. If you ever feel that your username or password may have been stolen or illegally used, you may contact us to change them accordingly. The AATA Welcomes You And Your Company to our Association of "Truckers Looking out For Truckers!"sm
